SHIPPING POLICY
It is preferred that you select a business address for shipping so we can be more assured that someone will be able to sign for the package. As this is alcohol, an adult signature is required and we can not ship to P.O. Boxes.

We will hold all shipments until we determine it is cool (or warm) enough to ship to your region. Your order confirms that we will hold the wine for you. If this delay is of great concern, please contact Adrian at adrian@josephjewell.com and he will discuss with you what other options may exist.

RETURN POLICY
If you feel a wine is damaged due to the presence of TCA or undesirable bacteria, please contact Adrian at adrian@josephjewell.com
to discuss how to send the wine back to the winery for analysis.
